• ALL Sales are FINAL. This includes gratuities, conference tickets, and anything we sell.

• You are required to use a payment method in your own name for conference ticket purchases.

• Should you not have a valid payment method in your own name, another individual’s payment method can be used as long as their full consent is provided.

• Payments using business or corporate cards as identified in our sole discretion may be subject to additional checks.

• We reserve the right to reject or refuse any order/payment that fails our risk review. Should your order/payment be affected, you’ll be informed promptly at the contact details you have provided.

• Please be advised that disputes for a valid transaction will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to pursue civil remedies to the applicable statutory for damages incurred.
